An app store for your own Cloudflare account.
Install and manage 100+ open-source apps, including OpenSEO, Sink and Counterscale. Appflare sets up each app and gives you one dashboard for updates, custom domains and access control. Your apps run in your own Cloudflare account.
Or use Cloudflare’s Deploy button.

Install Appflare
Select Install Appflare above, sign in to Cloudflare, and choose the account and address. Appflare’s hosted deploy page installs it for you. You need only a Cloudflare account, with no API token to create or Git repository to clean up. The browser setup guide covers each step.
You can also use Cloudflare’s Deploy button, which copies a repository into your GitHub or GitLab account. Its setup guide explains the token and cleanup.
Or run the installer with Node.js 22 or newer:
npx create-appflare
You can also give the installation prompt to a coding agent. All these methods install the same Appflare release into your account.
Appflare is free and open source. It runs on the free Workers plan, and most catalog apps do too. Each app’s page shows whether it needs Workers Paid. Apps count against your own Cloudflare plan, and some use third-party services with their own pricing.
What you can do
- Browse apps for analytics, email, files, AI, productivity and more, then install them from your browser.
- Update apps when a new version is available. Automatic updates are off until you turn them on.
- Follow installs and updates in a live log, and roll back to an earlier app version when supported.
- Give apps custom domains and protect them with Cloudflare Access.
- Change app settings, or remove apps along with their resources.
Appflare creates each app’s Cloudflare resources, such as databases and storage. Installed apps don’t need Appflare to run, so they keep running if it stops or you remove it.

Vault kin (added at capture)
- Surfaced by the spend-protection launch thread (7 tweets, captured): “But what if one loops all night?” — the update is the missing half of self-hosting on serverless: usage tracking from Cloudflare’s own analytics (read every 5 min, dollar estimates at list prices), alerts at 5x/20x/100x of an app’s normal hourly burn (Telegram/Slack/Discord/webhook, or alert-as-sentence: “when it is on pace to spend $20 this month”), and auto-pause that freezes a runaway app without touching data (bindings/secrets kept, Workers serve a “paused” page, Queues/Workflows/containers stop; resume restores exact versions) + per-day/week/month caps and a monthly budget that pauses the biggest spender.
- Open source PaaS — the Cloudflare-lane entry beside Coolify/noite/talorys; appflare is the app-store layer (100+ one-click OSS apps in your own account) where those are the platform layer.
- The spend-protection pattern generalizes: it’s AI metrics that actually matter’s cost-per-task discipline applied to apps — anomaly-based budget gates, the same design as mvanhorn’s Headroom subscription-limit metering in the agent lane. For any homelab/cloudflare lane: runaway-loop auto-pause is the insurance that makes “free tier friendly” actually safe.
