[Panel 3] NARRATOR: “and then overstep and push people away, making it feel like being myself is wrong.”

[Panel 4] NARRATOR: “so it feels like I can’t make meaningful changes to my life.”

[Panel 5] NARRATOR: “I have trouble regulating how I say things when I get emotional,”

[Panel 5] NARRATOR: “There is this gap in what I think is right and how I actually act. I get disappointed in myself”

[Panel 3] NARRATOR: “so I have trouble keeping friends and sometimes even isolate myself.”
